Receiving a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1991, McRae has over twenty years of experience as a financial services professional and entrepreneur with investment firms whose offerings include tax-exempt and taxable fixed income products, large block equity execution services, private equity mezzanine and domestic long-only growth equity disciplines.

As a former FINRA Registered Representative, General Securities Principal and Licensed Equity Trader, McRae’s sell-side background denotes a rigorous capital markets concentration. Serving in various managing underwriter, syndicate member and co-financial advisory capacities, investment banking milestones include over $5 billion in municipal debt transactions for state and local issuers within Texas. His buy-side footprint includes directing institutional growth initiatives for asset management firms whose investment styles comprised both traditional and alternative classes. McRae is adept at fund due diligence, branding and relationship management. These experiences include devising composite data frameworks, fiduciary third-party correspondence, fund marketing and a multi-tiered request-for-proposal (RFP) solicitation approach to the broader marketplace. Over time, he has guided various firms to establish numerous investor and consultant relationships generating over $1 billion in portfolio-specific RFPs.

McRae offers a unique capital markets perspective, underscored by a fiduciary discipline and targeted branding approach. His complimentary background positions PIN to continue to promote its platform to a diverse institutional audience and methodically source both capital and growth opportunities for its third-party subscribers.
